Alice O’Donnell is a Senior Principal at Econic Partners based in Chicago. She works with experts and other highly skilled professionals at Econic to provide economic insight to clients and to prepare and respond to economic opinions in legal and regulatory matters. Her areas of specialization include antitrust and competition, class certification, and complex damages in mass tort settings.
O’Donnell’s antitrust work includes guiding merging parties through the 2nd request process, as well as supporting economic experts in developing their opinions about the competitive effects of mergers. She also has considerable experience in class certification of antitrust matters, as well as other antitrust litigation related to allegations of monopolization or attempted monopolization, and price fixing.
O’Donnell has substantial experience in mass tort litigation, calculating multi-billion dollar exposure estimates for large classes of injured businesses and individuals in some of the most well-known mass torts in the United States.
O’Donnell has a B.A. in Economics from Mills College. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, O’Donnell was a Senior Vice President at Compass Lexecon.
