David has worked as a competition economist for over six years, advising clients in the context of mergers, litigations, and other competition matters before the European Commission, national competition authorities, and courts.
David has worked on merger cases involving both horizontal and non-horizontal theories of harm. He has also advised the subjects of Article 101 investigations and clients involved in market investigations.
David’s expertise covers industries including automotive, broadcasting, electricity distribution, payment systems, private security, and retail. He has extensive experience in cases related to cartels and follow-on damages litigations, in which he has worked for the past four years acting as an economic expert in proceedings before multiple courts.
David holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Liège. He is fluent in English and Italian.
