Guillaume is an Associate at Econic Partners in Paris. He specializes in providing rigorous economic analysis for competition and antitrust cases, with a focus on digital markets and the telecommunications sector.
Prior to joining Econic Partners, Guillaume was an economist in the Digital Markets Act (DMA) enforcement team at the European Commission, where he conducted economic assessments of gatekeepers’ compliance with the DMA.
Guillaume holds a PhD from Télécom Paris – CREST, untitled “Regulation of Digital Platforms: Essays in Industrial Organization.” His thesis was awarded the Best PhD in Economics in 2024 by the review Concurrences. He also teaches Digital Economics at Université Paris Dauphine.
