Daniel Westrik is a Principal at Econic Partners based in London.

At the OECD, Daniel worked on roundtables on Data Screening Tools for Competition Investigations and Algorithmic Competition. Daniel also worked on the Competition Trends publications.
At Compass Lexecon, Daniel worked on the truck manufacturers and interchange fee litigations. Daniel also worked on several mergers such as E.ON/Innogy, Shire/Takeda, GBT/HRG, Hunter Douglas/Bellotto, Integra LifeSciences/Codman Neurosurgery Business, Siemens/Gamesa, NKT/ABB, and Ball/Rexam. Daniel holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Manchester.
