Kevin Cuddy is a Principal at Econic Partners in Chicago. He specializes in applying quantitative methods to inform and support expert witness opinions on issues around securities trading, valuation, finance, and accounting.
Kevin works on cases involving disputes about market manipulation, insider trading, market microstructure, tax and regulatory arbitrage, the nature and suitability of trading strategies, and the efficiency and reliability of market data. His experience encompasses a wide variety of industries including transportation and logistics, casinos and gaming, consumer staples, industrial manufacturing, and mining and metals, with a special focus on financial markets.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Chicago (Phi Beta Kappa) and was formerly a Mathematics PhD student at UCLA.
