Robert “Bo” Bourke is a Senior Principal with Econic Partners based in the Chicago office. Mr. Bourke has considerable experience consulting in areas of competition economics, including in the merger regulatory clearance process and antitrust litigation. Mr. Bourke specializes in managing large, complex merger reviews, including investigations by DOJ/FTC as well as multi-jurisdictional reviews by other regulators around the globe. Mr. Bourke has advised clients in merger reviews from a variety of industries such as health insurance/healthcare providers, retail, publishing, talent agencies, telecommunications platforms, broadcast, payment systems, energy drinks, and movie theatres. Mr. Bourke has also worked extensively on antitrust litigation issues such as estimating damages, price fixing, class certification and in a variety of industries such as automobiles, credit cards, supermarkets, airlines, health insurance/healthcare providers, and food distribution.
