Andrés Casserly is a Partner at Econic Partners based in Buenos Aires. Mr. Casserly has more than 15 years of experience in economic and regulatory analysis, with particular expertise in business and asset valuation and the assessment of damages in international and commercial arbitrations.
Mr. Casserly has provided expert testimony, led multidisciplinary teams, and participated in more than 50 treaty and commercial disputes before multiple forums, including ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC and the PCA, among others.
Mr. Casserly’s experience spans across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, mining, power generation and distribution, road and railroad concessions, steel products manufacturing, logistics, consumer goods, forestry, real estate, and hospitality, with a particular focus on developing countries. He has worked in matters involving projects in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Croatia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Panama, Uruguay, Venezuela, and Zambia.
