David has worked as a competition economist for over six years, advising clients in the context of mergers, litigations, and other competition matters before the European Commission, national competition authorities, and courts.​

David has worked on merger cases involving both horizontal and non-horizontal theories of harm.  He has also advised the subjects of Article 101 investigations and clients involved in market investigations.​

David’s expertise covers industries including automotive, broadcasting, electricity distribution, payment systems, private security, and retail.  He has extensive experience in cases related to cartels and follow-on damages litigations, in which he has worked for the past four years acting as an economic expert in proceedings before multiple courts.​

David holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Liège.  ​He is fluent in English and Italian.
