Fabrizio is an experienced competition economist with more than 10 years’ experience, advising on complex mergers and other antitrust matters before various competition authorities such as the UK CMA, the European Commission, other national competition authorities and courts.
Fabrizio’s work has mostly focussed on merger control, where he advised clients on some of the largest and most complex multi-jurisdictions transactions across a wide range of sectors, including retail, technology, financial services, telecoms, manufacturing and chemicals. He has also spent six months at the UK CMA as an economic adviser, working on several merger cases.
In addition, Fabrizio has also in-depth experience in wider antitrust matters, including market investigations, follow-on damages claim, abuse of dominance cases.
Fabrizio holds a MSc in Economics from Bocconi University.
Fabrizio is fluent in English and Italian.
