Rob Foley is a Principal at Econic Partners, specializing in competition economics. He has extensive experience advising on antitrust issues related to mergers and acquisitions, regulatory investigations, and litigation across a broad range of industries.
Before joining Econic Partners, Rob spent seven years in the competition practice at Compass Lexecon and six years with the Commonwealth Treasury of Australia, where he held roles in both the Economic Modelling and Social Policy divisions.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Economics from the University of Otago in New Zealand.
