On March 31, 2026, Everway, a software company that helps individuals with varied needs thrive from K-12 classrooms to the workplace, completed the acquisition of TeachTown, a provider of special education solutions for students with moderate to severe learning needs. The merged entity will be able to offer educators a broader range of tools, making teaching and compliance processes easier and improving communication between teachers and parents.
An Econic Partners team led by Founding Partner Jon Orszag was retained by Everway and their outside counsel. The Econic team included Dr. Yair Eilat, Ian MacSwain, Carlos Paez, Holly Bourque, Ben Vidmar, Yulu Gu, and Denielle Amparado.
