Keurig Dr Pepper Finalizes its $18 Billion Acquisition of JDE Peet’s

On April 1, 2026, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. closed its $18 billion acquisition of JDE Peet’s. The Federal Trade Commission cleared the transaction without issuing a second request.

The Econic Partners team, led by Founding Partner Kevin Murphy, Chris Taylor, and Jonathan Tompkins advised Keurig Dr. Pepper on this combination of KDP’s Keurig with JDE Peet’s portfolio of coffee brands.
