Toby Howard is a Data Scientist at Econic Partners. He has four years’ experience as a Data Scientist and Competition Economist. He also has experience working at early-stage startups in the fintech and social-tech spaces.
Toby has experience applying econometric and data-science techniques to competition cases across a broad range of industries, including construction, payment, and cloud services. His work has ranged from using data engineering techniques for large-scale data processing in long-running damages cases, to fine tuning and deploying large language models for internal use.
Toby holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Data Science from University College London.
