Josephine Xu is a Senior Principal based in Washington, DC. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her B.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Xu’s practice focuses on antitrust matters, where she brings expertise in economic and econometric modeling and applied economic theory. She has worked on some of the most complex merger reviews and antitrust litigations in recent years, with experience spanning the full range of horizontal and vertical competition issues.
Dr. Xu’s industry experience includes consumer product retail, pharmaceuticals, technology and software, telecommunications, airlines, insurance, and healthcare.
